“Laurel taught sunrise yoga at my wellness weekend and did an evening sound bath — the most relaxed I've ever felt in my life.”

A story, not a résumé
Saltwater started as an offering to one friend, then two, then a quiet Tuesday full of neighbors. What I’ve learned is that healing rarely arrives loudly — it comes through warm hands, a still room, and someone paying real attention.
I believe the body knows what it needs. My job is to listen with enough patience that it can tell us.

Why locals return
Every visit begins with a real conversation. Nothing on autopilot.
Warm linens, soft light, and the kind of studio that lowers your shoulders before it begins.
Years of intentional practice — with the training to match the touch.
We meet the body, the breath, and the season of life you're in.
Most new clients arrive because someone they trust said their name.
Around the Island
Most new clients arrive through a friend, a neighbor, or a whispered recommendation at the coffee shop. Tap a place to hear from someone nearby.
